 Al Muftah Rent A Car Sponsors Doha Film Festival
Cinefest 2010, a Malayalam film festival will be held at Gulf Cinema from June 11 to 16.
The organisers will be screening films which were well received by Malayali audiences during the 1965 to 1986 period, with the aim of introducing it to audiences who never had an opportunity to watch them during their glory days.
Addressing a press conference yesterday, P Shamsudheen, an official of Pravasi Doha, the forum which is conducting the annual festival, said the main reason for screening of the wide appeal films of yesteryears was because of the rising demand. .
Managing Directors of Al Muftah Rent A Car - Mr K P Abdul Hameed and Mr A.K Usman who are the organizers were also present at the press conference.
